Refund policy

Returns
Our guarantee of satisfaction policy gives you a reasonable amount of time to experience our product and its benefits.  That reasonable time is 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase.

If you are unsatisfied, we will work with you to generate a refund of your order, less shipping costs.  Depending on the nature of the situation, a partial refund may be considered.

Because of the nature of our products, returns are not normally feasible.  However, if we decide that a return is necessary, we wil be guided by the below paragraph.

Sale items
At this time, sale items are also covered by this policy.  However, these policies may change at any time and without notice.

Exchanges
At this time exchanges are not applicable for our products.  Special situations may be considered, but we reserve the right to offer you the option we consider to be fair for everyone.

Returns and Shipping
If it appears we require your product for examination, we will send you a postage page container for you to return your product.  There is nothing else you will need to do.
