Telephone Customers, Loyal Customers

In today's digital age, it's easy to buy online.

There's still those olden-timers who like to talk to people and get their business done.

Too bad I'm not one of them.

But it's refreshing to talk to a customer of ours who was one of the first to jump on the UE bandwagon.

I met him at a trade show back in '10 and he liked what he saw.  He got some for himself, and then made sure that his entire shop was stocked with it.  He told me (only a few minutes ago) that even the young guys liked it because it stopped their hands from cracking during the dry winter.

Well, he's retired now, living the quiet life, practicing his social distancing, and almost out of soap.  A 1/2 gallon of our lemon liquid lasts him about a year.  And he doesn't use anything else.  Bless his heart, his dedication, and his work.

We're thankful, and appreciate everyone out there who makes their living using their hands for good practical purposes.
